Rules For Galas Malatar Project - these are the rules that must be followed

Races

Vampyres

Powers

This is about the Vampyre Clan's powers.

Vampyres must have a similar amount of curses as powers. This is to stop them being other powered.

A clan can not have psychic powers.

No magic users. There is no magic is in this setting.

No Vampyre can pass of as a Zu'Aan and they live separately.

All Vampyre gifts and curses are biology based.

Make sure they have the fair amount of weakness as strengths.


Size

This is about how many their is in a Vampyre Clan.

Most Vampyre clans are around 3,000 to 8,000 Vampyres in size.

Large clans will be 6,000 to 11,000 Vampyres in size.


Other

This is for stuff that fits nowhere else.

Vampyre Clans can have an Stone Age level of technology, Bronze Age level of technology or Iron Age level of technology

Most clans are at an Stone Age level of technology, few have got an Bronze Age level of technology and even fewer have an Iron Age level of technology.

Vampyres turn Zu'Aan, they do not have kids. (users kept putting this)


Z'Aan

Powers

This is about the Zu'Aan group's powers.

A Z'Aan city or Tribal group can not have psychic powers.

No magic users. There is no magic is in this setting.

Make sure they have the fair amount of weakness as strengths


Size

This is about how many their is in a Zu'Aan group

Zu'Aan tribes are around 100-1000 in size.

Zu'Aan cities have around 8,000-15,000 Zu'Aan in them.


Technology

This is about a Zu'Aan group's Technology level.


Zu'Aan groups can have an Stone Age level of technology, Bronze Age level of technology or an Iron Age level of technology

Most Zu'Aan groups and cities are at an Stone Age level of technology, a few have got an Bronze Age level of technology and even fewer have an Iron Age level of technology.

This covers all Vampyres clans and Zu'Aan groups.


Allies and foes

This is about a Vampyres clans and Zu'Aan groups allies and foes.


No friends - Various Zu'Aan tribes / cities and Vampyre clans will ally with other and this clan be long them. Just do not make them friends.

Zu'Aan tribes / cities and Vampyre clans will have a similar amount of foes as allies.


Other

This is for stuff that fits nowhere else.


Please do not make your Vampyre Clan/Zu'Aan group/Non-sapient being overpowered.

Vampyres and Zu'Aan are not nice at all. Galas Malatar is not a nice place.


Other NCF stuff

Alternative timelines and Universes - there will be no Alternative timelines (ATs) and Alternative Universes (AUs) on this site. There is lots of stuff to do in the Second Era timeline, Alternative timelines and Universes are not needed.

Anything set before the Fall of the Old Zu'Aan Empire (around 2E 120) and anything beyond the year 3E 100 (now) is going to be seem as trying to make a Extended Timelines, this is not allowed on this Wikia. Anything like this will be deleted.
